Netball academy 4 weeks

This is a academy to teach you how to get ready for gameday, prep for the off season and take you through some workouts to help elevate your game.

an online version you can follow at your own gym and also practise at your courts. We also have a training session at keepa studios once a week to show you movements you should work on in the gym.
